If you are a patient, go to the Patient Zone to find out more about how we will treat you and what happens in the hospital. You can also make suggestions.

If you are a carer, you can read about your child's treatment, therapeutic and play services, interpretation and translation services and accommodation if you want to stay with your child.

Our Family Support Team have compiled a booklet full of useful information when you are a visitor to our Hospital. Please click here to download it.

Please click here to access our Inpatient information booklet for parents and carers, containing lots of information if your child is an inpatient with us.

Patient Experience Standards

During your (your child's) care with us we commit to ensure that your needs are at the centre of your care.  We respect the fact that you have the right to choose, accept or decline treatment and will ensure that you have appropriate information and support to enable you to make informed decisions.  At any point during your (your child's) care you can choose to have a second opinion.  If you wish to gain a second opinion you should discuss this request with your GP or Consultant.
