Service Description:

A bone marrow transplant programme was established at RMCH in 1985. It is now one of the biggest in the UK.

The unit has seven cubicles, with four active transplant cubicles and three beds for transplant patients to use before and after operations. It is supported by a ward manager.

All cubicles have a HEPA filtration system and en-suite facilities.
