From the North (M6)
Leave the M6 via the M61 and continue to the M60. Join the
M60 and travel anti-clockwise to Junction 12 and join the
M602. Then join the A57 Regent Road toe the A57(M) Mancunian
Way. Leave at the A34 Congleton sign, bearing left into the
A34. Once on Upper Brook Street (A34) turn right at Booth
Street East, Carry on over the lights at Booth Street West
then turn left onto Higher Cambridge Street. The Dental
Hospital is situated on the left hand side.
From the Northeast (M62)
Leave the M62 at junction 18 and join the M60
(Manchester). Leave at the next junction to join the A576
(Manchester Central). After approximately 1 mile, bear left
at the traffic lights into the A665 Bury Old Road. At the
5th set of traffic lights turn right (junction of the
M.E.N arena) into Trinity Way. At the bottom of the hill turn
left into Great Ducie Street. Drive down Deansgate and turn
left into John Dalton Street. Travel for approximately 1 mile
and then turn right at the traffic lights onto Booth Street East,
Carry on over the lights at Booth Street West then turn left onto
Higher Cambridge Street. The Dental Hospital is situated on
the left hand side.
From the South (M6)
Leave the M6 at junction 19 onto the A556 and then join the M56
at Junction 8 heading towards the Airport. Continue along the
M56, which will continue as the A5103 (Princess Road). Turn
right into the B5219 Moss Lane East (at the brewery.) At first main
set of traffic lights turn left onto Lloyd Street North. Go
through traffic lights at Denmark Road and continue along Higher
Cambridge Street. The Dental Hospital is on your right hand
From the South (M1)
From the M1 join the M6 at junction 19 and then follow
directions from M6 South.
From the West (m61 & M62)
Leave the M62 at junction 12 and join the M602 Salford.
The end of the motorway will join the A57 Manchester, (becoming
A57(M) after 1 mile). Leave the Mancunian Way, A57 (M) at the
A34 Congleton sign, bearing left into the A34. Once on Upper
Brook Street (A34) turn right at Booth Street East, Carry on over
the lights at Booth Street West then turn left onto Higher
Cambridge Street. The Dental Hospital is situated on the left
Pay and display car parks are available on Booth Street East and
Booth Street West.

Manchester International Airport is within easy reach of the
Dental Hospital (20 minutes by taxi) with regular scheduled flights
to all parts of the UK, Europe and International
Destinations. There is direct rail link to Piccadilly and
Oxford Road Railway Stations and a bus link (43A to Oxford
By Train and Bus
There are three train stations in Manchester -
The nearest station to the Dental Hospital is Oxford Road.
Trains run from Piccadilly Station to Oxford Road Station every few
minutes and leave from platform 13 / 14. There is no
convenient direct link between Victoria and Oxford Road
From Piccadilly Station
Take the tram or walk to Piccadilly Gardens. Take any of
the following buses -
11, 14, 15, 16, 16A, 41, 42, 43, 43A, 44, 45A, 46, 142, 143,
Ask for the "Precinct centre" on Oxford Road.
From Oxford Road Station
Take any of the above buses from outside the Palace Hotel.
From Victoria Station
There are no buses from this station. Take the tram to
Piccadilly Gardens then any of the above buses.

Coach to Chorlton Street Coach Station. Local bus stop is

The Central Manchester School for Dental Care Professionals is
situated on the third floor of the Dental Hospital. Access is
via the staff entrance situated at the rear of the hospital.
