Job Title: Development and Training Administrator/Fire Officer

 

Role, responsibilities, experise:

I am responsible for promoting a customer led service by providing an initial contact point for the school.  My other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Fullfilling the administration and clerical tasks to the vocational programmes delivered.
  • Planning and organisation of meetings, student interviews and events.
  • Creating and maintaining reports, spread sheets and correspondence using a variety of computer packages.
  • Resigeting learners with the apporpiate awarding body to the qualification invigilator/instructor for these.
  • Act as administrator to the student e-portfolio site one file and offer practical learner support if required.
  • To take and transribe formal minutes of internal and external meetings and take appropriate follow up action.
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to within the department

 

Qualifications:

Currently working towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualification.

25 years of administartion experience
