MFT Core Values and Behaviours

Following the launch of the national Nursing and Midwifery Strategy  - the 6C's in 2012. MFT has developed a Nursing and Midwifery Strategy setting out the Values and Commitments of Nursing and Midwifery staff across the Trust to provide high quality patient centred care delivered with care and compassion.

The Values and Behaviours outlined in this strategy are integral to patient centred care and should not be isolated to nursing and midwifery staff. It is important that all staff and students across the Trust demonstrate these Values and Behaviours.
