After ejaculation hold the bottom of the condom in place and withdraw as soon as possible.

Be careful and keep the penis and condom away from your partner as you remove it.

To remove the condom push the ejaculate down to the end of the condom, this will also give an indication of if the condom has split.

when the semen is in the resevior at the end of the condom, slowly slide the condom off the penis and dispose of it in a bin

Never flush condoms down the toilet.

Never use a condom more than once,this includes when engaging in different activities such as oral, anal and vaginal sex.

This is because lipstick damages condoms and there is a risk of transfer of bacteria from different areas of the body which can lead to complications or infections.
