Royal Manchester Children's Hospital

Royal Manchester Children's Hospital provides specialist healthcare services for children and young people throughout the North West, as well as nationally and internationally. The hospital sees 135,000 patient visits each year across a range of specialties including oncology, haematology, bone marrow transplant, burns, genetics, and orthopaedics.

The University Dental Hospital of Manchester

The University Dental Hospital is one of the key specialist dental hospitals in the UK. Situated on the Manchester University Campus, more than 90,000 patients attend the University Dental Hospital for treatment every year.

Manchester Royal Eye Hospital

Manchester's Royal Eye Hospital is one of the largest eye teaching hospitals in Europe. The hospital provides an extensive range of eye services for both adults and children. All types of eye surgery are carried out by the Manchester Royal Eye Hospital consultant surgeons, who are leaders in their respective fields of ophthalmology.

Manchester Royal Infirmary

The Manchester Royal Infirmary (MRI) was founded in 1752 as a cottage hospital with just 12 beds and is now the city's largest general hospital with more than 800 beds. Our accident and emergency department, the busiest in the region, sees more than 100,000 patients a year. MRI is a teaching hospital for Manchester University's Medical School, and a specialist regional centre for kidney and pancreas transplants, haematology and sickle cell disease. Our Heart Centre is a major provider of cardiac services in the region, specialising in cardiothoracic surgery and cardiology.

Saint Mary's Hospital

Saint Mary's Hospital was founded in 1790 and, over the years, has successfully developed a wide range of world class medical services for women, babies and children as well as a comprehensive Genetics Centre and an internationally recognised teaching and research portfolio. Our leading edge services are tailored both to meet the needs of the local population in Central Manchester and patients with complex medical conditions referred from other areas in the Greater Manchester conurbation, the North West and beyond.

Trafford General Hospital

Trafford General Hospital is a district general hospital in Davyhulme, providing services to a population of over 200,000 in the borough of Trafford, Greater Manchester. It employs just under 1,450 staff.

Altrincham Hospital

Altrincham Hospital is a new facility which provides a high quality, modern and user-friendly environment for patients and staff and a wide range of general and specialist outpatient and diagnostic services.
