Visiting our hospitals

We have eight hospitals:

(Click here to see a list of things you need to remember when you come to one of our hospitals)

When you come to our hospitals, remember to bring with you:

Your appointment letter.

Any medicines you are taking.

"My Traffic Light", if you have one.

"My Traffic Light" is for patients with learning disabilities.

It helps the hospital staff care for you. It gives them information about your needs and how you like to be treated.

When you arrive at hospital, go to the main reception and show them your appointment letter.

They will tell you where to go.

All staff wear badges with their name and photo on, so you know who they are.

If you get lost, ask a member of staff.

When you are at the hospital, make sure you wash your hands or use the hand gel. This helps stop germs from spreading.

There are shops and restaurants at our hospitals.
