Annual Members' Meeting - Your Health Matters to Us

We are holding our Annual Members Meeting on Tuesday 18th September.

This year's theme focuses on four major conditions - heart attack, stroke, cancer and diabetes. Staff will be showcasing our services, and providing advice and information to help people prevent or manage these conditions.

You can also participate in interactive demonstrations and have your blood pressure checked.

Presentations will also be given by our Directors (beginning at 1.30 pm) which provide information about how our organisation is performing. The meeting this year also Trafford Hospitals' Annual General Meeting, following our acquisition of Trafford Healthcare NHS Trust on 1st April 2012.

You do not need to book a place and we would be delighted if you could join us.

Chairman Peter Mount says: "This is a great opportunity to learn about good health and preventing illness as well as a forum to hear all our latest news and future developments. We have had an extremely busy year treating over 1 million patients across all of our services."
