Celebrating NHS Change Day – 19th October
Don't miss our Fabulous Change Day on Wednesday
19th October which promises to be an exciting event
showcasing the wide range of innovation, transformation and
improvement projects underway across the Trust. The event is
open to all staff, patients and visitors.
As a leading provider of healthcare, we are using this year's
national NHS Change Day as an opportunity to demonstrate CMFT's
commitment to innovation, transformation and improvement.
All staff are invited along to find out more about the work
underway and to make their own personal commitment to change.
The event provides an ideal platform for staff to share good
practice, network with colleagues, and learn from projects in other
parts of the organisation.
The event will highlight the many projects across the Trust that
aim to transform and improve the way we provide patient care - click

NHS Change Day started in 2013 as a day of
collective action for improvement. It was driven by a small
group of emerging clinicians and improvement leaders. Their
idea was to create a mass movement of NHS staff demonstrating the
difference they can make by one simple act, proving that
large-scale improvement is possible. NHS Change Day is
founded on staff pledging to make improvements.
