CMFT success in becoming an NHS Employers Equality and Diversity Partner

CMFT has been chosen to be one of NHS Employers Equality and Diversity Partners for 2015/16. The level of competition this year was extremely high - as was the quality of the applications. CMFT are very proud to have been successfully chosen as one of the 25 successful applications from the 42 that were received.

As a partner over the course of the year we will be working with NHS Employers, other NHS E & D Partners as well as other national stakeholders such as the Leadership Academy and NHS England to support system wide efforts to improve diversity and equality across the NHS. This will include CMFT presenting our work and facilitating workshops at a national or regional level. This will provide a great opportunity for CMFT to benefit from learning about what others are doing and sharing resources.
