Launch of ‘Parent Voices Count’ A-Z Guide

Parents Voices Count

A launch event took place today in the Atrium of Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, to promote a new A-Z guide.

The guide book is a collection of hints and tips from families across the North West, all of whom have looked after a child or young person with a life-threatening or life-limiting illness.

The guide, written by parents, for parents, aims to share ideas between families on a number of ideas ranging from signposting to useful services, to more practical tips.

The event was attended by the Lord Mayor of Manchester, representatives of the parent's group, patients, and staff from the Hospital.
