The team at the new Saint Mary's Birth Centre, based at Salford
Royal, are delighted to announce
the birth of their first baby! Nina Olcyzk was
born on Tuesday 6th December at 10.39 am and her delighted parents,
Malgorzata and Lucas, were featured in the Salford Advertiser
to celebrate the arrival.
Alysha Allibone, the midwife who delivered Nina said: "It's great to be a part of this exciting new venture for the women of Salford, our team of midwives are enthusiastic about normal birth and are keen to provide a relaxed, homely environment for labouring women.
"I am really proud and feel privileged to have supported Malgorzata birthing baby Nina, our first baby born at the Saint Mary's Birth Centre in Salford. I wish Malgorzata and Lucas a wonderful future with their new baby!"
