Experts from around the World come to Manchester to discuss Assisting Human Reproduction

Manchester is set to host a special conference next week to bring together experts to look into the ‘Art and Science of Assisting Human Reproduction’. The two-day conference will take place on Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th September and will have expert speakers who will be addressing a range of subjects including: Regulating assisted human reproduction – is it time for a re-think? Ethics or legislation for the regulation of assisted conception? Assisting human reproduction – should we draw the line? Stem cell therapy – reproductive cloning with a human face? Reproductive transplantation …. and much more. The event will have addresses from a host of experts from Manchester, Birmingham, London, Sheffield, Belfast and York, with international visitors from the USA, Brussels and Amsterdam. Dr Edmond Edi-Osagie, Consultant Gynaecologist from Saint Mary’s Hospital, who is organising the conference says: “It’s fantastic that Manchester is hosting an International Conference on Assisting Human Reproduction. I am pleased that we have so many eminent speakers from across the UK and overseas.”
