Mr Batchelor joined the consultant body at the Manchester Royal Infirmary in July 2001, having moved up from London. Since April 2010, he has worked both at Trafford and the Manchester Royal Infirmary. Mr Batchelor’s specific areas of interest are in minor head injuries and intracranial haemorrhage. He runs a head injury clinic. His recent publications are: ‘A retrospective cohort study to re-evaluate clinical correlates for intracranial injury in minor head injury’, Alison Sheehan, John S Batchelor.
