Trafford General Hospital

Free Parking at Trafford General

Trafford General has become the first acute English hospital to provide FREE car parking for all patients and visitors. That means you no longer have to worry about paying for parking when you come to Trafford General for your appointment or treatment or to visit somebody here. For full details, see the car parking page.

We have also refurbished our car parks by:

  • Creating covered pedestrian walkways from the car park to the hospital;
  • Installing new lighting to make the car park even safer and more secure;
  • Installing ticket barriers that will enable us to offer free parking to patients and visitors;
  • Resurfacing the car park; and
  • Installing new drainage.
