Urgent Care Centre

Opening hours: 8.00 am - midnight every day


The new Urgent Care Centre (previously known as A&E) can be visited for the treatment of a wide range of conditions including:

  • Wounds, burns and bites
  • Sprains, fractures and sports injuries
  • Fevers, irritation and rashes
  • Mild/moderate breathing difficulties.

For life-threatening conditions please call 999 for an ambulance immediately or go to your nearest A&E.

  • No appointment necessary
  • Treatment of adults and children of all ages
  • Prompt assessment and treatment from A&E consultants and nurses

Altrincham Minor Injuries Unit

There is also a Minor Injuries Unit in Altrincham which is staffed by experienced emergency nurse practitioners who can assess and treat a wide range of minor injuries.  It is located off Greenwood Street at the rear of Altrincham Hospital, WA14 1PE.

 

Opening hours:       Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 8.00 pm

Weekends/Bank holidays: 10.00 am - 6.00 pm

(Closed Christmas, Boxing and New Year's Day)
